Anna's owner and head chef Anna Smith brought Anna's Specialty Foods to the Internet in the Spring of 2004, with a vision of creating a little piece of cyberspace that could serve the needs of those with an appetite for unique gourmet specialty foods. Trained at The Culinary Institute of Anystate, The International School of Confectionary Delight, and the John Q. Public School of fine eating, Smith infuses every dish she creates with her extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Chef Smith started her career as a Chef for the Whitewater Inn, a well reviewed restaurant located in Sandy Beach, Anystate. Once word of her tasty signature dishes got out, offers from many well-known restaurants landed on Chef Smith's plate. Although she had an affinity for the Whitewater Inn, Chef Smith knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited her in Anytown.

In 1998, Chef Smith began a career as Head Chef for the Anytown Cafe in Anytown, AA. She was given room to experiment, and created some of Anytown's most sought after deserts. However, she never lost sight of her desire to share her talent with a worldwide audience. The Internet has allowed Chef Smith this opportunity.
